Profile:-

Accomplished, reliable and passionate individual with wide-ranging film and theatre experience, working with both house and touring theatre productions as well a large and small film productions. Adept at working within a customer focused team to ensure a consistent standard of organisation is provided for each and every location. Eleven years plus theatre experience with a variety of production companies and theatres, building a full comprehension of both lighting and sound techniques, including lighting design.

My Television and film career started as an extra in Fantastic Four – Rise of the Silver Surfer, Children of Men and Dr Who.

From there I went onto working as a stand in/runner from such productions as Stardust, Harry Potter 6, Prince Of Persia, Harry Potter 7 part 1 & 2, Clash of the Titans, and One Day

Award winning director, winning Partnership Innovation Award at the British Retail Consortium Awards 2009 for the Lifted Campaign DVD. Currently working with Avid Liquid 7 to edit, although have used Final Cut Pro

Oct 2010 - Key Floor Runner, Jane Eyre Pick-ups Working as a Key Floor Runner, my responsibilities included, assisting the cast with there needs, assisting any crew, in charge of radios/batteries etc, Also making sure cast and crew got sides as needed. Due to this being a reduced crew there was no available 3rd AD, so I took on that role where and when needed, assisting with extras, stand-ins, timings, and assisting the 1st and 2nd in making the production run smoothly and on time.


July – September 2010 - Stand-in / Runner:- One Day. Contracted on as a Stand-in/Runner for the whole production, Standing-in for Jim Sturgess (21), Filming in London, Edinburgh and Paris. This role included standing in for lighting as needed, doubling, assisting the AD team to lock off, assist cast needs, and generally help out the production as needed.


May 2010 - Double:- Clash of the Titans. Pick-up Double for Eusabios (Nick Hoult)


April 2010- 1st AD :- Sweet Shop. Feature length independent film, working for MWS. My responsibilities included organising crew and assisting Producer and Director in Pre-Production. During Production,my role was to organise the crew daily, sort out any problems and assist the cast in any of there needs. This Production had a named cast, including Gemma Atkinson (hollyoaks), Matt Lewis (Neville Longbottom, Harry Potter) and Vanessa Haywood (District 9). www.sweetshopmovie.com


May 2009 - May 2010 -Stand-in / Production Assistant. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (part 1 & 2): Jobs included working in leavesden studios, assisting cast and crew with there needs, organising doubles, and locking off around the set, on location shoots I have been assisting the Action Vehicles team with there organisation of vehicles, and the extras driving them. Standing in for George Weasley, Ollie Phelps.


August 2009 - Director :- Make-up for Schools: Directing a make-up training video aimed a GCSE Students, being sent to every school in the UK. In this production I mixed my narrative direction,( directing small parts of plays showing off the make-up) aswell as my documentry skills in the filming and editing of the make-up process


December 2008 - 1st AD/Production Manager – Nuryan – Feature length independent film, working for MWS. My responsibilities included organising crew and assisting Producer and Director in Pre-Production. April 2008 - Director:- Lifted – Surrey Police: An Anti-Shoplifting DVD aimed at 12-14 yr olds, going to all schools in Surrey.


August 2007 -May 2008Stand-in / Production Assistant:- Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince – Jobs included locking of, Being in-charge of doubles, and assisting Main and Supporting Cast

10/04/09 – 03/08/09 Technician at 'The Mill at Sonning Theatre' Operating lighting and sound during the shows, sourcing lighting and sound for the the show currently in Pre-production, setting up lighting and sound during the 'fit-up week,' assisting with any electrical problems thoughout the building, trouble shooting any other technical equipment such as computers, projectors, and DVD players.
